About Joshua Gotlib

Sometimes life becomes overwhelming, stressful, complicated, and we turn to someone to talk through things. I provide a warm, compassionate, action-oriented, and empowering approach to working with clients. My philosophy is grounded in doing my best to understand the world that you live in, your contextual environment, and how it is impacting you. I view you as the expert of your own life. I approach therapy with the belief that it is a collaborative opportunity to explore our lives and create a deeper understanding of who we are and where we want to go. I am excited to navigate this experience with you and provide insight to make long-lasting changes in your life! A focus of my practice is working with those who have experiences with addiction, substance use/abuse, or identify with being in recovery. I have a personal and familial connection to addiction and believe that this an asset when working with clients who have similar experiences. I work from a private pay basis. My cost per session is $90. I have sliding scale options available. I offer a free 20 minute phone or video consultation to see if we are the right fit. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
