Eileen Beirich, MFT, PsyD

I grew up in Denver, Colorado, leaving there when I married.  Since, I have lived in Kansas City, Houston, and, now, Pasadena, California.  While in Houston I earned a BFA in metalsmithing and weaving.  I was a working artist until I moved to Pasadena.  There, I began a new career as a therapist, becoming licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist.  While maintaining a private practice, I became very interested in psychoanalysis and returned to school.  I received a PsyD from Newport Psychoanalytic Institute.  Since graduation I have become a Training Analyst and have taught classes at several institutes.
