Le Shepard, MA, LPC

Le Shepard, LPC is an experienced counselor as well as a mom by birth and adoption to kids with superpowers and special needs.  She specializes in working with adults and couples who are on difficult parenting journeys. She uses a combination of scientifically proven therapies and real world experience to help individuals heal and couples reconnect. Le has advanced training in emotionally focused therapy for couples and is trained to work with people who have experienced traumas. Le has had numerous articles published and has been recognized for her advocacy efforts with the PCDH19 Alliance on behalf of her daughter.  Le speaks to large and small groups about relationships, coping with diagnoses, and parenting.  She provides online counseling for individuals or couples as well as groups for mom through her private practice, 1000 Hills Counseling and Consulting.
