About Carla Csada

I am a therapist with 11 years of experience in the field of mental health and counselling, and am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals, make changes, and heal. Known for my warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental nature, I am dedicated to creating a safe space to support individuals, couples, and families in their journey of healing and self-discovery. I believe in helping people uncover their strengths and use them to move forward. I am committed to ensuring that individuals feel heard and understood through active listening, empathy, and compassion. My counselling approach is integrative, and I use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) along with trauma-informed and somatic principles, to help address the unique needs of each individual. I value diversity and the lived experiences of each client, and am guided by respect, transparency, and trust. I approach my work with empathy, compassion, and a person-centered perspective. I help people build upon their coping strategies and develop new skills to improve their lives. My goal is to empower clients by equipping them with the necessary support, skills, and knowledge to facilitate positive changes in their lives.
