I specialize in concerns arising from anxiety and relational trauma—the attachment wounds that hold you back in your life, career, or relationship. I enjoy supporting people interested in insight-based depth therapy. I also offer IFS consultation for Level 1-trained therapists.

My style is nonjudgmental, supportive, and attentive to what lies beneath the surface of our interactions. My clinical approach blends relational/psychodynamic, mindfulness-informed, and Internal Family Systems ("parts") therapy.
