I specialize in working with highly sensitive women in their 20s and 30s who struggle with anxiety, stress, self-esteem, boundary-setting, codependency, perfectionism, and overwhelm. In addition to my Masters Degree and license in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have completed the advanced Highly Sensitive Person training program with Dr. Elaine Aron, the premier psychologist studying this trait. As a highly sensitive person myself, I know first-hand what it takes to work with these issues as well as the joys that come with better tools for sensitively navigating life. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer workshops and groups for highly sensitive women to give members the experience of connecting with others who share their depth, sensitivity, and empathy. My aim in my one-on-one and group work is to help you learn to use sensitivity as a tool for moving toward increased healing and wholeness. Additionally, I provide trainings for therapists who would like to learn how to work with highly sensitive individuals.
