About Missy Riddles
Missy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensing Board approved LPC supervisor, and Registered Play Therapist. Her practice is 100% online.
Not only does Missy work with women who struggle with anxiety, she offers groups online also.
Missy earned a Masters degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma with an emphasis in Licensed Professional Counseling.
Prior to returning to graduate college for counseling, she was in Education for more than 15 years. She also has a Masters degree in Education Administration and a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education both from the University of Central Oklahoma.
She is also certified in Brainspotting which is a way to help people move past things that are keeping them stuck. It allows for deeper connections into the brain and bypasses the thinking part of the brain.
