About Linda Pogo

Currently, I am most interested in helping people learn to love themselves and have their own backs through self-care, compassion and boundaries. I am a seasoned therapist, licensed since 1995. I'm a Certified Professional Coach since 2010, a yoga teacher since 2017, and a buddhist-influenced, mindfulness mediation practitioner for over 20 years. Ive worked in a Veteran's hospital treating addiction and trauma. I've co-facilitated an intensive skills and tools based program that taught CBT, logging, journaling, parts work similar to IFS, body awareness therapies similar to somatic experiencing, imagery, goal setting, trauma recovery techniques, mindfulness, yoga, techniques similar to acceptance and commitment therapy, and other therapies. I'm an employee assistance counselor and I've had a private practice for 23 years.
