About Meghan Faith
Are you depressed or anxious? Perhaps burnt out on taking care of others and putting others' needs before your own? Are you stressed and overwhelmed with all the demands of work, life, children, a partner, among everything else? Are you trying to develop healthier habits or coping skills but having difficulties getting anything to stick? You can develop effective strategies for decreasing your stress, anxiety and depression and find more balance in your emotional life. I look forward to supporting you in understanding your own emotional needs, setting healthy boundaries with others, and thinking in more positive, balanced ways.
Develop healthier relationships with others and learn how to experience more positive and balanced emotions. You'll learn how to change your moods by changing your thoughts (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and how to live life mindfully and in the present moment (Mindfulness-Based Therapy), which leads to emotional insights and feelings of peace and balance.
Call or email me for a free consultation. I will create an in-depth relationship with you, in which you feel supported and secure to explore your authentic self, needs, relationships, problems, and patterns of being. Giving to ourselves the gift of healing is oftentimes not easy, but we are certainly all deserving.
