Welcome! I am elated you are here and I can't wait to meet you. I serve a range of clients including children (8+), adolescents, and adults via virtual sessions across the state of North Carolina. More specifically, I enjoy working with parents as well as active-duty military members and their families.
I believe that as humans, we are biologically wired to experience a vast array of emotions, for a reason! It is my job to help you understand where that emotion is coming from, and what to do with it in order to promote your safety, health, and happiness.
I support my clients by being an authentic and positive figure in the face of adversity. It is my belief that we already possess the tools needed to be resilient beings, yet sometimes we need support learning how to use those tools.
