Regardless of where you're at and what you're feeling, let me help you. I support MEN and LGBTQ+ clients ages 18+ and I would love to work with you and support you on your journey. Please note: My practice is exclusively telehealth based. I specialize in Trauma, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Grief & Loss, Self Growth and Development, Men's Issues, and working with LGBTQIA2S+ communities. I utilize several approaches, including: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I believe therapy is something all of us can benefit from, and it is a personal mission of mine to make therapy as accessible as possible for everyone.
