About Rina Reddy

A huge part of being human involves having to navigate the joys, sorrows, complexities and nuances that come with various life experiences and transitions. Having experienced life and life transitions myself, I understand that when navigating these transitions alone, it can sometimes seem like the world is spinning out of control. I am here to support you with a heart full of empathy, compassion and unconditional positive regard as we navigate these dark spaces within a framework of curiosity, warmth and acceptance for what we find there. My approach to therapy is down to earth, relatable, integrative and client centered where I truly believe that each client is unique and that each individual’s therapeutic journey differs. I draw from multiple approaches to create a treatment plan that is tailored to every client’s unique needs.
