Hello there! My name is Alexis Skopos. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is eager to hear from you! Previously, I primarily worked with substance use problems, anxiety, depression, women's issues, and teens. I am open to adolescents, young adults, adults, and older folks! I have some formal training in trauma informed ACT and CBT. I also am a level 1 therapist with training on the Gottman theory of relationships.
