About Abigail Eaves

I am a Leadership Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Whether you want to shift thinking patterns, heal from trauma, adapt behavior, or are seeking deeper insights into your relationships, therapy can be powerful and life altering. I have a psychodynamic approach and I am influenced by adult developmental psychology. My goal is to help clients recognize how they make sense of their lives, their past, and the barriers to living the life they want. My practice is integrative, drawing on tools from a variety of modalities, such as coaching, yoga, meditation, CBT, and narrative therapy. I also offer Therapeutic Coaching for Leadership Resilience, specifically focused on helping executives, entrepreneurs, or other high performers, to cope with stress, overcome imposter syndrome, manage power addictions, deal with workplace trauma (including identity based discrimination), improve relationships and group dynamics, and heal from leadership fatigue. I have been a psychotherapist for more than 15 years in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient clinics and emergency rooms. I am also a former Chief Program Officer for a Massachusetts based social service agency, where I worked for 8 years. I hold a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership Psychology from William James College, a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Lancaster University (UK). I have also completed ICF accredited coaching training with Coaches Rising, and Cultivating Leadership (Jennifer Garvey Berger).
