About Matt Sosnowsky

I'm the lead therapist and founder of Philadelphia Talk Therapy, a counseling practice serving greater Philadelphia (& the D.C. metro area, remotely). I have over a decade of experience, with a specialization in young adults (college-30’s), having previously worked at Penn's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), and group private practice serving young adults. I use an eclectic approach, drawing on humanism, CBT, internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness meditation, positive psychology, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), and attachment theory. I have masters degrees in clinical social work (MSW) and applied positive psychology (MAPP), both from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
