About Holly Priscu

I am a proud native of Bozeman, Montana. I obtained my BA in Psychology with a minor in criminal justice from Humboldt State University in Arcata, California. I went on to obtain my law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego with specialization in criminal defense. Missing family and mountains, I moved back to Montana to work as an attorney. After a few years I realized I wanted to do more to help people navigating the legal system so I left the law and obtained my MS in Counseling from Montana State University in 2019. I have worked at the Montana State Prison and the Gallatin County Detention Center where I completed various assessments, facilitated groups, and deescalated individuals in crisis. After starting my own practice in 2021, I focused on providing involuntary commitment evaluations and expert testimony in civil cases. In 2022 I expanded my practice to Nevada. My experience consists of working with clients ages 4 to 74 years old, including families, couples, and groups. I have extensive experience with individuals experiencing issues that include mood disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia/psychosis, substance use, trauma, OCD, and more. I have experience working with members of the LGBTQIQA+ community, and individuals of different ethnicities and cultures.
