About Andrea Arauco

Mamay in Bloom Counseling specializes in pregnancy/postpartum mental health, life transitions with children/teens/adults and women's mental health. As we know life is not linear by no means and situations like; moving to a new city, entering into motherhood, changing schools, and going off to college are just a few of the many life transitions we all have in our lives. Needless to say this brings so much stress and anxiety that can be hard to manage alone. Our goal is to help you or your family navigate through these difficulties by taking control of your thoughts, feelings and emotions and feel more joyful and fulfilled. Our roles as therapist in your journey to mental clarity is to help you navigate through life and detangle the source that is causing your stress, anxiety and/or low mood. We will work with you, your child/teen or young adult to better understand challenges and help make meaningful changes. Our mission is to be a guiding source for individuals to find their own resilience, strengths and truths. It's understandable this step can be hard but we also know that if you are here you have intentions to be committed to start feeling better. We are here to help you.
