Techniques used include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
We specialize in PTSD and mental health disorders that are keeping you stuck. As PTSD Therapist (trauma therapist) we focus on the underlying reasons for your current mental health concerns. We use EMDR therapy, a.k.a. eye movement desensitization and reprocessing or rapid eye movement therapy to move you forward so you can live the life you desire.
