Maria Hernandez, BACP

Welcome Hi, my name is Maria Hernandez; I am an experienced counsellor specialised in relationship difficulties, based in North London (NW8) and I also offer online services. ​ I am a fully qualified and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer therapy both in English and Spanish. ​ I specialise in the areas of relationship difficulties, family breakdown, divorce, online dating and low self-esteem. Over the years I have witnessed many of my clients overcome the anxiety and stress resulted from their relationship problems. ​ My approach to therapy is humanistic, this means I work to build a therapeutic relationship, in which we can think together about the feelings and relationships in your life, both now and in the past. I hope to connect with my clients on a personal level. I don't hide behind a professional facade and I am not, in general, silent.
