I have an authentic and direct counseling style. My non-judgmental and supportive presence quickly develops trust and safety in the counseling relationship. I easily relate to people of all ages and backgrounds and can gently direct them towards healthy change. I believe that it is my role as a therapist to provide a safe yet challenging environment that gently nurtures forth the genuine and happy self that resides in all of us. I have worked as psychotherapist for the past 14 years, both overseas and in Florida. My primary experience is working with teens and parents as well as those struggling with postpartum depression. My husband and I started Blue Sky Therapeutic Services as a way to expand our practice to a larger audience.
