About Juan Manuel König

I am a cognitive behavioral psychologist, specialized in anxiety and emotional management. I am certified to work with Christian consultants, and I have a strong conservative background. My native language is Spanish, but I also attend consultants in English. I basically follow the ACT model, but I carry out each process in a very personalized way. I focus on personal development, goal achievement and emotional self-leadership. Treatments are usually really intense and not very long. I take many tools from coaching and integrate them into my practice. I am certified to work with Christian consultants, and I have a strong conservative background. I also carry out brief approaches to couples, focused on rapid improvement. I think that a distinctive note of my way of working is frankness. I am not repeating the stereotype of what "a therapist is supposed to say." I have been attending for almost twenty years now, and I add to my work experience that of my own life, as a husband and father. I have held positions in other fields, such as education and human resources, so my vision is not limited to what is seen in the clinical office or what is read in books. I think that in therapy the therapy contributes from everything that he is, not only from his studies. I feel passion for what I do and I want to spread that passion to each consultant.
