About Ann Robinson
I approach each person with kindness, humor, and curiosity. Individuals and families from all walks of life will find a nonjudgmental space to build relationships and explore healing, personal growth, and self-reflection. I celebrate diversity in all forms and welcome clients regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, political belief, religion, or mental or physical ability. I believe in treating everyone with compassion, respect, and sensitivity. Life transitions are challenging; having an impartial person to talk with can make them manageable.
With a person-centered approach, I join with you using trauma-informed, psychodynamic, EMDR, narrative, and other therapeutic techniques, including capitalizing on your strengths. This is a space to help you feel empowered and reclaim your agency. I offer individual and group clinical supervision to LPCCs and LSWs pursuing their clinical licensure.
It can be hard to know when it’s time to reach out for help. Therapy can be a really useful tool even if we don’t feel like we “need” it. I can be a person who listens, offers insights, and supports you in your journey of self-reflection and personal growth. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
