About The Tattooed Therapist
Growing up in a military family provided me with a deep appreciation for dedication and service to others. It is no surprise my journey has brought me to a place of helping others by holding space to facilitate growth and healing.
In addition to private practice, I provide crisis intervention services as a Red Cross Disaster Mental Health First Responder; support organizations seeking to reduce the stigma of mental health in the workplace; and promote strategic holistic mental health wellness initiatives. My educational, professional, and personal life experiences have provided me with a strong foundation of patience, love, understanding, and compassion; along with the critical skills, knowledge, and insight, rooted in evidence-based research; to provide my clients with genuine and effective guidance and support.
Finally, I am a mermaid! Yes, you read that right. Guiding dives on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawai'i as a Divemaster with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is what grounds me and fills my cup. Clients oftentimes ask what my favorite sea animal is. What do you think?!
