About Micah Rees

My style of therapy is best suited to those seeking serious self-discovery and development. I help my clients deeply analyze and understand their own lives, relationships, and difficulties. One of my main goals in therapy is to empower my clients to take charge of their lives and find greater confidence and meaning in the process. I work with a broad spectrum of mental health diagnoses as well as personal (e.g. relationship concerns) and professional challenges (e.g. sexism in the workplace, perfectionism, stress). I also work with those who are facing or recovering from trauma, abuse, and abusive/controlling relationships. Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing existential crises, such as following difficult life events like divorce, the death of a loved one, strained relationships, major career problems, and changes/loss of religious beliefs. I believe we all grow at our own pace and that we always have more developing to do. Therapy is for anyone who wants support and guidance in their own development. My job is to help you to turn your difficulties and challenges into growth.
