​Welcome to the webpage of Sara Cardoso, Psychologist, Author and Energy Healer ​ ​Sara Cardoso began her journey of personal and spiritual development more than 25 years ago when she decided to study Psychology. After graduation as a Clinical Psychologist, she has continued to extend her knowledge and training in a wide range of subjects, related to healing and spiritual development, including Reiki, Shamanism, and other Energy Healing techniques. A Pioneer of Reiki in Portugal, Sara has Initiated hundreds of people in Reiki. She has worked with the greatest international Masters from Japan (Reiki), Peru (Shamanism) and England (Channelling). Her pioneering book "The Psychology of Reiki" is one of the best selling Reiki books in Portugal. Sara has published five books, based on her experience as a psychologyst and Reiki Master: The Psychology of Reiki, I Choose to Be Happy, The Book of Reiki, and The Power of Positive Energy. In her works, she combines the knowledge of traditional Psychology with the wisdom of Spirituality, Reiki, and other healing Arts.
