About Alexis Lynch

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. I earned my MS in clinical mental health counseling in 2020 and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of South Florida in 2017. Collaboration, person-centered therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are a few approaches used when working with clients who struggle with negative thinking patterns. This is done by identifying negative thoughts and working with the client to reframe them. It is hoped that the client’s experience will lead them to their own discoveries with my guidance, when needed, along the way. Everyone’s life experience is unique and so should the therapeutic experience.
