I specialize in anxiety disorders and substance abuse/addiction. I am credentialed by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy to provide CBT, and I also utilize related modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based therapies.
