About Gregory Cheney
Helping others improve their lives has always been a focus of mine even before my formal training as a pastor, Army Chaplain, and therapist. I have a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families that is rooted in helping others experience connected relationships.
With over 23 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families I apply scientifically--validated approaches to challenges in relationships. As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy trainer, supervisor, and therapist I frequently use Emotionally Focused Therapy as a means to do this.
