About Brianna White

Brianna White, LMFT, TCK (Papua New Guinea) You’re going through a lot, but are afraid that telling someone how you really feel will mean that you would have to leave your home to get help. So, you’ve tried to just deal with it, and for a while you were able to pretend to be ok. But now that’s stopped working. Your parents and friends have noticed you’re not yourself. I can help. As a TCK, who grew up in Papua New Guinea, far from mental health care access, I know how scary complicated it can be to admit you need help. I work with TCK teens and young adults around the world who are in the process of overcoming trauma and/or processing the complex mix of griefs, joys and complicated identities that come with being a TCK. I can meet you where you are, help you identify your goals and walk with you all the way. After therapy, my clients say they can now have fun, be silly, focus on school, or finally feel relaxed and enjoy being with their friends. Their parents say that they are themselves again. I will help you map out your painful feelings and reactions, discover and practice your own path back to peace. Whether you’re recovering from a trauma, going through grief, or exploring what it means to be a TCK, I can help you come through this and thrive.
