Accepting clients in WA state only. Diane is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. She is experienced in working with adults struggling with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood trauma, behavioral addictions, anxiety, depression and intergenerational trauma. As an Asian-American psychotherapist, Diane is able to empathize with various struggles that comes with immigrant families. She is able to seamlessly integrate trauma-informed therapy and utilizes evidence-based treatments including Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Ego state therapy (Parts work), narrative, strength based therapy, CBT, and practices advanced level EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
