About Ally Monarch

Hi, I'm Ally! Welcome to RISE Therapy Services. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania. After providing therapy in a non-profit foster care agency and a group practice, I chose to begin RISE Therapy Services to offer online therapy in a convenient and accessible format for individuals, children and families in Pennsylvania. Through my professional and personal experiences with the foster care system, I also desire to provide therapy to families who are engaged in the foster care or adoption system, to aid them as they navigate the beauties and challenges of this unique parenting role. Through my experience working with children and families, I have also become certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) which is an evidence-based therapy model targeting children ages 2-7 who have behavioral challenges. This therapeutic approach provides real-time coaching to parents and caregivers who may feel overwhelmed by the behaviors of their child in the home or school. I also have years of experience working with children, individuals, families and couples as they explore and try to uncover past patterns that have created challenges in current relationships. I approach therapy from a systems approach because individuals are part of larger systems that influence how they navigate life. I have experience with several therapeutic practices in working with individuals, couples, and families. I hope to meet you soon and begin this journey together!
