About Mark Levine
Is your mind at peace? Or at your wit's end? If you’re challenged by substances, a behavioral addiction, or have a family member in addiction, chances are your mind is everywhere but at peace. I totally get it. Been there and overcome it. Using a mindful, compassionate and nonjudgmental approach I can help you learn how to gain a fresh perspective on the stressors in your life. Working together, not to "get by", but to thrive. Stress, no matter its origin, is not a fact of life you have to accept. You deserve a richer, fuller life, and the skills to find a peace of mind even in the midst of life’s storms, or pandemics.
I’ve been specifically trained to help families in addiction, as well as the individual challenged by substance abuse and smoking. I bring my compassion and skills to the FB group I moderate: https://www.facebook.com/groups/188223646229938. Coaching people from a holistic and mindful approach to address stress, anxiety and depression is another passion.
Family members in addiction require specific skills to move their loved one into treatment. You don't have to wait until your loved one hits "bottom" or use “detached love.” I’ll empower with you with evidence-based skills to help smooth the rollercoaster of addiction. And I’ll work with you in establishing self-care, a vital piece that’s too often ignored.
