About Alison Jedrick

Do you have some issues that need resolution in a short period of time? I specialize in brief, solution-focused treatment to help resolve or dramatically reduce mental health symptoms and behavior issues in 12 weekly sessions or less. For your convenience, online services are also available. However, I also offer ongoing counseling- especially to my online clients who often need periodic guidance, information, or just a listening ear.  It's not as intense and focused, but a more relaxed approach to processing life goals and changes.

I can work with you to improve communication, cope with mental health symptoms, set and maintain healthy boundaries, attain goals, and resolve trauma symptoms. I'm also a really good resource for information. I can help to link you with local resources that may make your life easier.

I am a Level II EMDR Practitioner, and perform this special type of treatment for trauma symptom resolution and performance enhancement.  Because I have had a variety of clinical experiences, I also work with new (MSW, LMSW) clinicians to ensure they have access to clinical supervision around their practice.

Let me work with you so things can get worked out quickly and you can move closer to attaining your life goals.

*Please note if you call and I am unavailable, leave a brief message with your contact details and your permission to identify myself as a licensed clinical social worker to whomever answers that number.
