About Janet Frigo

Your health, safety and wellbeing is important to me.  Beause I am sherltering at home,  I am currently conducting all therapy sessions as teletherapy via Zoom meeting, which is a HIPAA compliant platform.

I work in a collaborative, active way to explore issues and identify ways to more fully lead the life you want.

My goal is always to personalize our work together in order to focus on what you want to accomplish in therapy.  For example, sometimes the work is focused on improving relationships, feeling better, less depressed or anxious.  At other times the work is about resolving longstanding issues that have interfered with living day to day.

Whatever the issues are, I am committed to working in a flexible, creative, non-judgmental and compassionate way.
