Somedays we wake up feeling devoid of purpose, detached from joy, wondering what we have been doing all this time. I understand that feeling of numbness and disconnect and I want to help you through that.
Before getting my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, I attended UCLA where I received my Bachelor’s in Film and Television, made many of my own films and went on to become a camera assistant and produce short films. While I enjoyed my career, I also understand the toil of 80-hour work weeks and working with the system of the film industry.
I work with individuals in the film industry who are experiencing depression, exhaustion, and feeling lost. To me, therapy is a sacred relationship, where we work together to understand your experience, see how your past informed it, and to empower you to thrive.
I would love to begin the process of change with you. You can reach me at https://www.sarahrafikmorcos.com/contact or directly at 818-651-8229. I look forward to our work together.
