About Vivian Reddin

Hello,

Are you feeling stuck and want a change, but don't know where to start? Have you forgotten how to have fun due to stress?

I practice using common sense, practical ways to have more joy and happiness. My professional experience includes diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, ADD, as well as substance abuse, career change, pain management, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, and parenting/school related issues.I am an experienced Suicide Prevention Specialist that knows what to do, what to ask and how to get crisis help for someone that is suicidal.

I am an outgoing, direct, compassionate, creative therapist that lives in the moment with enthusiasm and optimism. I believe in treating people unconditionally, with respect and non-judgment. My mission is to help heal through laughter, exercise, nutrition and healthy communication. We will work together making realistic, obtainable goals, and I will advocate for those frustrated with medications that are not working though a thorough diagnosis, and communication with schools or other health professionals involved.

Sometimes, all it takes to feel better is finding someone who really listens, cares, and sticks by you.
