I view therapy as a collaborative process in which we work together to identify problems and find solutions. Therapy can provide you with the skills you need to make real changes in your life.

My clinical experience includes extensive training in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. My training includes a five year clinical position at UCSD Outpatient Psychiatric Services and fifteen years in private practice. I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing difficulty with mood disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, chronic pain and chronic illness, or issues of grief and loss. My goal is to provide a safe environment in which change can occur.

I would be happy to speak with you to determine whether I might be of help. I am a panel provider for a number of insurances and offer a sliding scale out-of-pocket fee for individuals who do not have insurance.
