Counseling is an exploration, a journey, a course in living. It's sometimes painful, sometimes joyful but always enlightening. It looks like you have taken the first step towards understanding the feelings of anxiety, sadness and/or frustration that have been with you for some time. Those feelings have affected your relationships with everyone in your life. I work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and situations and have helped them grow and develop. My philosophy of practice is cognitively-behaviorally based in addition to using Mindfulness and psychodynamic methods.It is an integrated and flexible approach.
Instead of investing tremendous amounts of time and energy in mastering your gadgets or dieting and exercise crazes, I welcome both men and women to embark on a rewarding journey of self discovery.
