About Darlene Basch
In these challenging Pandemic times, I address the immediate issues we face in getting through it as we are entering the second year of COVID-19 and the restrictions under which we live. Over the years, I have successfully helped hundreds of people overcome daily anxiety, panic attacks and other challenges. I teach powerful, easy-to-learn techniques that can be utilized anytime, anywhere, giving immediate results. I have studied a variety of energetic modalities, integrating alternative healing traditions into my practice. I love working with families, parents, children, teens, millennials, as well as individuals and couples. I am a Board Certificed Diplomate in Social Work, a Certified Practitioner and teacher of Integrative Body Psychotherapy and a State Certified Instructor of Somatic Psychotherapy. I also teach workshops on meditation, overcoming anxiety, parenting, relationships and more.
