As Clinical Director and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Praxis Wellness I serve clients in a variety of venues.  At Praxis we believe that our minds, bodies and spirits are inextricably linked ~ and to best serve our clients we have developed an integrated practice.  We are licensed practioners delivering personalized service professionally and confidentially.  

I personally provide counseling support to staff, athletes and the families of several professional sports organizations and have a robust private practice supporting Men and their families.  In doing so, I bring to the table much of my prior career experience leading and supporting Marines through training, deployments, and career transitions. I also work with families many of whom, have children struggling with issues related to separations and divorce and who often exhibit behavioral difficulties in school and within the family. The integration of my professional training, education and experiences position me to be uniquely qualified to support veterans, and first responders and their families seeking mental health and wellness.
