I work with people who are interested in holistic health, also traditional methods.I have motivated individuals who invest in getting better by working outside sessions.I see people from dysfunctional families, mood issues, career, family, couple,Veterans ,obsessive/compulsive, spiritual struggles, and people who want to explore how to be more successful in relationships and with themselves. I see children, teens, adults and elders.I see people from various cultures, countries and religions. I offer Saturday and evening appointments. I research concerns and network with integrative physicians, bodyworkers for your needs.
I am described as kind, gentle and emotionally generous by clients. I offer natural, flexible counseling methods, non-judgemental support.. I have been honored by participating in many people's experience of healing and am inspired about the future people create for themselves. I have confidence from repeated experience that meaningful changes happen during counseling.
An Amazing secret is when you accept yourself, that is when change will happen. Our relationships/frame-mind effect health. Longstanding physical problems can heal . Life is hard. We are strong in our way and had times when life was easier We will clarify the important. Finding blame isn't helpful so find solutions instead.
