About Private Public Partnership 'P30'
The office of the Chief of the Army Reserve (OCAR), Private Public Partnership Office (P3O) is a comprehensive career development program dedicated entirely to ensuring the civilian career success of every Veteran, Soldier, and Family member in search of employment.
P3O provides employment services through national geographical located Army Readiness Specialist, there are 43 ARS throughout the country and Puerto Rico.
As a P3O Army Readiness Specialist (ARS), I function as an advisor to service job seekers with tackling the issues of workforce preparedness, and as an advisor to employer partners with educating the employer partners to the benefits of hiring Veterans, Soldiers, and Family members.
Army Readiness Specialist (ARS) provide assistance in the following but not limited to:
Locating career and employment opportunities through various means - Assist in identifying training and credentialing opportunities - Assist with resume building and review - Assist in identifying hidden employment skills - Assist with interviewing techniques - Identify job and career fairs locations
