About Barbara Ferullo

You didn't "choose" to be unhappy, or to be in this situtation. It may have started with something that wasn't in your control, and now you're still trying to deal with it.  It can help to talk with someone.

My style is conversational, natural, and relaxed. I try to put things in a way that resonates with you, and helps you to connect the dots.

I have a specialty in anxiety, difficult relationships, depression, and trauma, and use psychodynamic (traditional/Freudian) and trauma modalities.  These include relaxation, mindfulness and strategic planning.  They can help you relax, take a step back, and regain some control over your life.

You can discover what the root causes are of your difficulties, develop a deeper understanding of them, and develop new ways of dealing with them.  This remains with you for the rest of your life.  It's "the gift that keeps on giving".  Give yourself that gift.

I accept Tufts, Optum/UBH, and BCBS. I also do HIPAA secure Telehealth video and phone counseling.
