About Deanna Kasten

Specializing in couples communication, family, and work problems We all have problems with difficult people and situations in our lives. But we can improve our communication skills and learn to accept what cannot be changed as well as dealing effectively with what can change.  Often self esteem, shame, and lack of assertion are key factors  in keeping us from feeling satisfaction in life.  Addictions, negative behavior patterns, and lack of confidence can control our days. The latest addiction is internet pornography addiction which can ruin a marriage. We can learn to deal with life more appropriately. The friendship in marriage can be restored. But:  Change takes courage and commitment. As a former cancer patient I work with those who are facing this serious issue. I hope you will join me in a warm, caring, and accepting atmosphere to make the changes you desire. Thank you for reading this. Please call me at (972) 364-9011 for a brief phone consultation at no charge.
