I am a licensed clinical social worker also certified in (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy along with being certified with the NASW.

Do you feel emotionally exhausted when you first wake up in the morning? Do you wonder how you are going to get through the day with overwhelming feelings of everything that you have going on? Do you take deep breaths trying to relieve the pressure, stress or frustration?

Whether you are feeling the stress of your own inner personal struggles, relationships, parenting, your children, or even being a caregiver to a loved one; I can provide you with coping skills to help you get through your day and sleep better at night.

My counseling style is gentle, compassionate, engaging and non-judgmental. I am culturally sensitive. I focus on you and what you have to say to help you move forward.
