Within each of us is the innate ability to heal; to feel at ease in our minds and bodies and connected with our truest selves. But often throughout our lives the relationship with these parts of ourselves becomes strained or may feel out of reach.
I view my role as a facilitator, someone to support the journey of curiousity and reconnection you are looking to embark on. I practice from a lens that recognizes the variety of ways in which emotions can manifest in our lives and bodies and offer expertise in mindfulness-based skill building, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic and experiential learning, and internal family systems.
My hope is to offer all clients a safe and supportive space for exploration and self-discovery, an opportunity to be fully seen and heard, to build new skills, grow, and reconnect with the peace within.
