Choosing to come for therapy is a difficult decision. I seek to provide a safe and comfortable place to be able to explore whatever issues you may bring and to listen carefully and respectfully to what is of most concern to you, tailoring our work to assist you in a mutually agreed upon way. I use a psychodynamic perspective that includes attention to relationships. My clinical experience includes working with families, couples, parenting concerns, relationship and sexual issues, and helping those with concerns about their own use of substances or that of a family member or friend.
