About Caryn Mushlin

Deciding to talk with a therapist about your problems is a courageous step to take especially when you may not feel at your best. It is especially difficult when you've tried numerous times to figure out how to deal with the issues yet you haven't changed. Together, we can explore and discover what gets in the way so that you obtain what you truly want for yourself. The approach I use is compassionate and warm and designed especially for you. Understanding in a deep way will give us the necessary tools to deal with the challenges you face.

If you are a parent and your preschool or elementary age child is having difficulties with impulsivity, peer relations, or behavior problems, we can work together to get you child back on track. Through play therapy and parent guidance you and your family will grow towards becoming a happier family.

Adolescence can be a time of intense turmoil with tremendous growth and insight. Often struggles with parents and teachers signal that your teenager is trying to sort things out. Your son or daughter may need a therapist to help with this exploration so as to move into adulthood.

I am happy to talk with you.
