About Patricia Reynolds-Meade
My passion is to empower people, especially women, who struggle with addiction, mood disorders, and spiritual concerns. My blessings are actualized when they become their authentic selves. I have found that we actually have less choice than we think we have. I have seen this in the emotional eater, the repeat DUIer, the shopaholic, the alcoholic, the gambler, and the consumer of mental health services. I have seen it in my own mirror. I have an understanding of the many barriers that prevent people from joining the recovering community.
I am an empathic and resourceful counselor who uses her clinical skills to motivate and empower her clients to live authentic lives. Having worked with many clients; from mentally ill to domestic violence victims; from Christian to GLBTQ, I enjoy developing wellness plans that achieve your goals to live happy, joyous,and free.
I am a graduate of Liberty University, former Mental Health Board member, HIV/AIDS advocate, and a Christian Life Coach. I specialize in mood disorder and embrace a harm reduction approach to wellness. More importantly, I love helping others and I come to you!.
