About Judy Gotlieb

ARE YOU LIVING A LIFE YOU LOVE? I bring a sense of calm, directness and play to my approach with adults, children and teens, and offer a holistic approach that honors the fullness of each client -- body, mind, emotions and spirit. Together we will find strength in vulnerabilities, and work toward developing personal power and "voice". We will do this through empathic conversation, and with specific movement and breathing exercises that encourage you to open up awareness to a full range of feelings and potential. Expressive arts such as writing, drawing, and sand play therapy may be included in our work together. The body-centered and expressive work I do is particularly helpful in managing anxiety and depression. Sessions are available in lower Fairfield County Connecticut with easy access from the tri-state area, as well as on SKYPE and by phone. I do all Couples and Family work with my husband and co-therapist Neal Brodsky, LMFT. I have a lot of experience helping with relationship struggles. Having been through my own divorce and remarriage to Neal, I know what's it's like to be facing those major life transitions and coming out the other side with greater wisdom and wholeness. Neal and I together are particularly adept at working with step family dynamics, and with couples planning to marry or create a lasting partnership they both will love. www.lovelifecounseling.com FAMILY THERAPY for BODY, MIND & SPIRIT
